How hard is it not to visit Facebook in a day? I answered that question today as I tried my very best not to check my Facebook profile in a span of 24 hours.
Is it hard? For someone like me who needs the Internet for work, yes, it is hard. There are several times today that I felt the urge to open a new tab, type the URL and go to my profile. It gets even harder that there were message alerts from Facebook popping on my inbox every now and then.
Luckily, I'm surving! (which sounded like a conclusion of a desperate human being) It is just a matter of control and resisting temptation.
I tried this challenge because it seems like Facebook is eating some precious minutes of my work time. However, there was Twitter to cheer me up. But what if I test myself not to check Facebook and Twitter in a day?
Hmmm. Let me think about that first.
